   Few days ago I was thinking in the possibility of the development of a facebook application that connects people with Mexico Jobs in a fancy way, through a WebService, that people can install like any other facebook application and the people would search any jobs with a some filters applied to it. FBML its the language to concern about when thinking in facebook app, I already made one the last month with the a fun purpose, the name of it is ArturoQApp, when the people install it, they can navigate through the page in facebook layout, the screen looks like the following:

   This is only a simple example of what we can do, we can … whatever we can imagine ¡¡¡ … that’s the reason why facebook has success and why Microsoft invest on it, put the people , IT, ONG’s and bussiness, all together, for only $0 cents, and gain a lot $$$ with your creation, $0.00 to start, what a deal nou ?

   Through the next months I’m gonna develop a much serious facebook application to search for jobs through facebook layout, communicating to encuentratujob Mexico with some kind of webService, wait for this one.

   What an honor, the site encuentratujob was listed at www.directorio.gob.mx by the Mexican government, at fourth position, in the category of EMPLEOS -> Bolsas de Trabajo No Gubernamentales -> “Bolsa de trabajo encuentratujob México”  (4TH POSITION).

I found this video on you tube, it’s a great video, about a baby in a billiard table … you’re gonna smile with this one, I did it.

   Last week I “ajaxed” the grids which holds the job offers to make a much better navigation experience without roundtrips to the server, also, I implemented the Mexico virtual map and the logic to search the offers with a state filter, the map was planned to be published in the next month but i can’t wait to see it in the page, I ran with some configuration problems, that’s the reason of the service unavailability for about 2 hours, sorry for the incovenience … but all the changes will gonna improve the navigation exprerience through the site. Other minor changes were the conditions on the search section, which say to the visitor if the offer he (or she) is seeking exists in the site.

   The people wants to see the job offers with some state filter, that’s the reason that I developing a mexico map where the people can filter offers from their state of preference, the map is almost already, that map means some big changes in the site, so it will be ready for release in the next month, I hope so … the map follows the 2.0 web development idea. It will look something like:

   I recently add a new section in the index of encuentratujob (www.encuentratujob.com.mx/index.aspx), a simple link to the best job offer for the actual month … i think that will improve in a great manner the seeking of “the best of the best” in pro of the visitors …

   When a user click in the link the background turns off, and prompts the best job offer of the month in a elegant way … that offer shows some details through all the encuentratujob site ¡¡¡ with the help of the master, that’s a thing that a usual job offer don’t do, it looks something like:

   I forgot something, there is a link that take the user to details section of the job offer. The performance does’t get affected and it’s compatible with the major browsers like IE 6, 7, OPERA, and Mozilla.

Sorry for the delay of my post but i’m studying the SAP IDES 4,7, creating my ficticious company codes and sale organizatiion structure to learn about SAP SD module. SAP really great things and amazing things ¡¡ like the ABAP workbench where you can get the programming language for every aspect of SAP, the organization with the transactions codes are really easy to follow (but hard to remember), i ‘m gonna leave the .NET tech some days out to work with the SAP SD module and some configuration with the MM module (It need to be configured a little bit, also FI), obvious thing, if there’s no financial department or a stock manipulation … then, is there any company with sales department with the previous situation ???? … I doubt it … I hope to put some pictures of the manipulation on my SAP IDES instance in the future …

Do you wanna a menu for your web page ??? … which are the options ??? … to resolve the issue you have to know the best options and the best option is … CSS … why ??? … the most important reason is performance … while you can get a cool effects with the Javascript, if the user have disabled that cross web client language, you page is nothing, yes …. NOTHING …. the user won’t be able to search all your pages because the menu doesn’t work, the javascript is not enabled … but in these days all well-known browser are Javascript enabled in default setting … but we want cool menu with images that doesn’t change images between mouse hover event, for that, we need to work with a translucid property . When we trigger mouse over in some less-bright image we can full it with his real color and then have a great menu. It’s really easy get the effect … let see how can we reach that …
